1. Acceptance of Terms

By using https://enable-learning.com or engaging with Enable Autism Center & Enable Academy (“Enable”), you agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time; continued use means you accept changes.

2. Our Services

Enable Autism Center of Excellence: Evidence-based autism intervention for ages 3-18, offered on a sliding scale based on family financial ability.

Enable Academy: Tuition-free STEM (Science, Technology, English, Math) education for underprivileged children.

Enable’s current operations are based in Islamabad, Pakistan.

3. Service Terms

Autism Services:

– Fees determined individually based on family finances

– Acceptance subject to availability and program fit

– No guarantees of specific outcomes or progress timelines

– We may decline or terminate services for safety or material misrepresentation

Enable Academy:

– Completely tuition-free

– Acceptance based on financial need, student readiness, and capacity

– Students must demonstrate attendance commitment

– We may dismiss students for disciplinary issues or excessive absences

Both Programs:

We employ evidence-based practices but cannot guarantee specific results, outcomes, or timelines.

4. Donations

All donations are:

– Voluntary and non-refundable (except processing errors)

– Used at Enable’s discretion for either program’s operations (staffing, facilities, materials, food, transportation, equipment, administration)

– Not tax-deductible currently (we are working towards getting registered for tax deduction purposes)

– Separate from service fees; donations don’t guarantee program acceptance

Donors agree:

– You’re authorized to use the payment method provided

– Enable may contact you about your donation and programs

– We may recognize your donation publicly unless you request anonymity

– Specific designations are honored when possible, but Enable retains discretion to redirect funds if needed

Unauthorized fundraising in Enable’s name is prohibited and may result legal action. Contact us for permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All Website content (text, images, logos, curriculum materials) is Enable’s property. You may view content for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our content without written permission.

If you submit content (testimonials, photos), you grant Enable rights to use it for promotional/educational purposes. You confirm you have all necessary permissions, especially for children’s images.

6. Photography & Media

Upon enrollment, we will request consent for photographing children for:

– Program documentation

– Internal training

– Promotional materials (website, social media, donor reports)

You may grant full consent, limited consent, or withhold entirely. Consent can be withdrawn anytime. Children’s full names won’t be used publicly without explicit permission.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Website provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t guarantee the Website is error-free, secure, or always available.

Information on this Website is not medical, therapeutic, educational, legal, or financial advice. Consult appropriate professionals.

Enable, its founder, staff, volunteers, and partners are not liable for:

– Any damages arising from use of Website or services

– Personal injury, property damage, or data loss

– Any claims exceeding PKR 5,000 or USD 10 amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless Enable from claims arising from:

– Unauthorized fundraising in Enable’s name

9. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Pakistani law (for Pakistan-based users/donors) and U.S. law (for U.S.-based donors).

Dispute Resolution:

1. Contact us at infor@enable-learning.com to resolve informally
2. If unresolved in 30 days, participate in mediation
3. If mediation fails: arbitration or courts in Islamabad, Pakistan (Pakistan users) or [your U.S. jurisdiction] (U.S. users)

Claims must be filed within one (1) year.

10. Force Majeure

Enable is not liable for delays/failures due to circumstances beyond our control: natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, government actions, infrastructure failures, or supply chain disruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to continue services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operations.
